Most of the new sites were installed along federal and regional motorways. Letai mobile coverage and mobile internet are now available along almost the entire M-7 route within Tatarstan, as well as on the Kazan — Almetyevsk and Kazan — Zelenodolsk roads.
In rural areas, moving part of the frequencies to LTE increased speeds by 2–3 times without replacing subscribers’ SIM cards. According to the operator’s own measurements, the average peak speed in Kazan during maximum load hours exceeded 80 Mbps.
The program will continue in 2025: around 350 more sites are planned, primarily in areas with growing low-rise residential development.
