The cameras cover central squares, main transport hubs, embankments and summit event zones. Real-time video is transmitted to a unified monitoring centre, where operators and analytics algorithms work.
Beyond the summit, the infrastructure will remain in permanent operation: emergency services and city administration receive access to video streams from public-space cameras. For residents, this means faster response to road accidents, incidents and public-maintenance violations.
Technologically, the project is built on the same basis as the Safe Home service for private subscribers: a unified video-monitoring platform and archive storage in Tattelecom’s data centre.
